Karamusing issue on a BIG article front page Daily Express

dbkk
Daily Express 29/01/2011

Some how it is becoming a political tool or something, this issue is not suppose to discuss if it interest the public or politician or who ever it is. DBKK should be doing their job, not being told what they should do or wait till someone complain or a minister complain. Back then it did not take long for them to issue a notice to get out of the building next to our Padang Merdeka which was declare unsafe and the building is still standing till today. Same goes to our Queen Elizabeth hospital, it was a hot issue and well known too.

Now the public are urging DBKK, Minister too saying the same. What is our Mayor doing? or does he intend to be just like a typical Malaysian wait for something to happen then fix it? if so then should have said it “Lets wait till something happen then I do something about it” on yesterday article.

So again Karamusing Complex Vs 1 Borneo Hypermall? who will win? Karamusing is leading at the moment haha.

Karamusing issue on a small article front page Daily Express

I don’t know why are they making it like a small issue, just look at what our Mayor said on the newspaper today

DSC_0026Daily Express 28/1/2011

The floor is unsafe, so if it collapse only those 3 floor will be affected? So what will happen if it really did fall? Will it not effect the main structure due to the shock and vibration when it collapse?

It does not take a engineer to know that once any part of the building has a structure problem it is best to either fix it or declare the whole building un-safe till further notice. So what is the next action from DBKK or the owner? This is not a new issue and it has been a few months now. Only thing is there was no qualified engineer to make a report on it since DBKK required it. Till Suria Group who was a tenant there hired a Professional Engineer Ir. Tsen. to carry out an investigation and found out that the 3 floor is unsafe.

I really hope the floor collapse, then we see if the Mayor is still sitting on his chair same goes to the owner.

This picture was taken from Daily Express newspaper. There is another online news about it from mysinchew.com. I guess it was just a bad day for this poor guy, then again it is a common thing hearing komodo dragon attacking human. If you are not sure what or how does a komodo dragon look like, here is one:

dragonThis is one i got from a forum where it looks like a monkey is being  attacked.. or eaten. This thing eat almost everything lol..

Wikipedia:
The Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) is a large species of lizard found in the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, and Gili Motang.[3] A member of the monitor lizard family (Varanidae), it is the largest living species of lizard, growing to an average length of 2 to 3 metres (6.6 to 9.8 ft) and weighing around 70 kilograms (150 lb). Their unusual size has been attributed to island gigantism, since there are no other carnivorous animals to fill the niche on the islands where they live.[4][5] However, recent research suggests that the large size of komodo dragons may be better understood as representative of a relic population of very large varanid lizards that once lived across Indonesia and Australia, most of which died out after contact with modern humans, along with other megafauna.[6] Fossils very similar to V. komodoensis have been found in Australia dating to greater than 3.8 million years ago, and its body size remained stable on Flores, one of the handful of Indonesian islands where it is currently found, ever since Flores (along with neighboring islands) were isolated by rising sea levels approximately 900,000 years ago.[6] As a result of their size, these lizards dominate the ecosystems in which they live.[7] Although Komodo dragons eat mostly carrion, they will also hunt and ambush prey including invertebrates, birds, and mammals.
