Why study in Malaysia?

We been told to leave Malaysia if we don't like how they do things here. This is one of the the new trend spoken by UMNO people. Now not only do they ask real Malaysian to leave, they even make sure the younger generation are treated like Animal.

Students are being told to have their meal in school changing room as the headmaster claim school’s canteen was undergoing renovation works and thus had little choice but to provide the shower room area for them to take their meals. Like there is still so much more suitable location to choose as a place to rest and take their meal but they choose the changing room. You don't need to be a scientist to figure this out nor you need high intelligent, I mean there is always the Classroom?

I mean this issue has been going on for few days now, but the Headmaster and the teacher kept digging their own grave. Some of the teacher even asked the students if their parents had taken the photos. I hope they find out which teacher asked that question and question her back why is she asking such question. I would have done the same, also here is the best part I just read from Free Malaysia Today:

"The parent of a standard two child, known only as Nitha, denied allegations that the canteen was closed because of renovation work.

“They were only changing the wooden doors of the teachers’ canteen to glass doors, which is adjacent to the students canteen. Why the need to cordon off the students canteen?” asked Nitha.

“The doors were only changed yesterday which probably took several hours, so they were lying when they said renovation works started in March,” she added."

So the canteen have been close since March and they only did that much work? I bet they called superman to renovated the canteen which only took several hours.

Now as a person who is teaching the younger generation, he should know how to apologize if he or she did a mistake. No matter how he like it, the canteen could have been used and he didn't want the student to use it just because it is a fasting month and they had to wait for superman to complete the few hours work renovation. I mean you don't ask someone else to apologize on your behalf in front of all the parents.

As as a Headmaster, he should have shown a good example and not hide somewhere in the canteen or toilet while asking this P Kamalanathan to apologized on your behalf. Does he think the people will not talk about this current action? He already made the student eat in the changing room, even his teachers seems to be questioning the student whos parent was it that took the photo, now he is hiding somewhere in the school and asking someone else to apologised. Even his own daughter is begging the public to give him another chance.

So why is Mohd Nasir Mohd Noor the headmaster of SK Seri Pristana not making a public apology and resigning? The daughter is claiming that her dad is the most motivated headmaster, also says “He comes back every day from work boasting about his school’s potential, about how the kids have grown better in both academics and co-curiculum,”

I am not too sure if those words fit his current situation, not coming out to face the public, not apologizing, and currently hiding somewhere.

Then again I bet he must be happy now, for his action has not only bring trouble but also MONEY. As the Deputy Education Minister P Kamalanathan says:

“I will suggest to the ministry to provide more funds for SK Seri Pristana for upgrading purposes. I will start the ball rolling by giving them a donation of RM10,000,” he said.

So the school gets fund for making their student eat in the changing room? Some how I get a feeling someone is going to get rich in this new controversial.

Asking for the impossible.

As usual if you touch any religious issue moreover with the Malaysia official religion. You be hunted down like a animal, badword, court, police report and many more threatening event to your life. That if you insulted them, well majority would do the same I guess if there was no apology. But asking more then once apology mean you are just being an bitch.

What more can The Star offer to this home ministry if an apology is not enough? I mean he ask for a explanation, they gave him the explanation. But he wants more detailed explanation as he was not satisfied with the current explanation? like what the fuck does he really want?

If he wants money, he should just ask it and stop making it like Erykah Badu tattoos is going to cause Malaysia to be destroyed. Saying this saying that, this people really just talk too much. Is it really hard to ask what kind of explanation they want? He can just call over the mobile and ask for it like this:

How to make TM Operator feel dumb

Most Streamyx user by now should know the procedure to file a report if your internet line goes down. My one went down last night around 11pm and was inform that my account is being suspended for not paid. Only problem was, the last month bill was paid already and they have not even issue this month bill. So what is this TM operator talking about?

She could not answer me then advise me to ask the billing department tomorrow morning. So I said good night and yes a bit annoyed but we can’t really do anything about it and went go bed thinking how to start cursing at them tomorrow morning.

As morning arrive, I went to the office and started calling the billing department at 100. Spoke with the operator and she then inform me there is nothing wrong with my account…. (SO WHAT THE FUCK WAS GOING ON?????) I told her off asking why did the tm operator last night told me to call up the billing department. She could not answer and told me she will transfer me to the technical department (They start passing to the right people once you rise up your voice, so do it often!!).

Again it was another lady operator on the phone, I told her the grandmother story from 11pm till the billing operator story and she just kept quiet (seems like she is used of listening to crap). Anyway I gave my username and phone number then she asked back the regular question.

Operator: is your computer connected to a wireless connection or cable?
Me: It is on cable, I tried another new and there is still no connection. The DSL light is stable for both ADSL ROUTER but could not get connected. I checked the log in the router and it said username/password authentication failed says the log.
Operator: ok sir, what windows are you using sir?
Me: (With out hesitation I try saying a non common operating system) I am using Ubuntu a linux operating system.
Operator: Windows Ubuntu sir?
Me: (TRYING HARD NOT TO LAUGH) No, it is a Linux distro called Ubuntu which is a operating system too.
Operator: Ok sir, so you are using Windows Linux Ubuntu?
Me: YES! (Just to make her feel happy so I said yes HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
Operator: Sir this is your report number “xxxxxxxx” do you need any other assistant sir?
Me: no, thank you.
Hang up.

So moral of the story, try not to ask so much question and just put internet down if someone already did everything including changing modem and still can’t get connected. Just noted down “user streamyx account has a problem” or any other much more easy sentence to understand.

I didn't see this on the local newspaper, I guess the government is starting to control the news again? So should the independence army start acting? wait.. I think all of them are in ISA.. or died with out ever telling the public they existed.. maybe there never was such army or ever be.

Then again, will Sabah ever be free from this bunch of racist & hypocrite government. I hate it but what can we minority Sabahan do now days after our ex pm injected Sabah with a lot outsider and making their race bigger to have more voters? Nothing.

Some how it is becoming a political tool or something, this issue is not suppose to discuss if it interest the public or politician or who ever it is. DBKK should be doing their job, not being told what they should do or wait till someone complain or a minister complain. Back then it did not take long for them to issue a notice to get out of the building next to our Padang Merdeka which was declare unsafe and the building is still standing till today. Same goes to our Queen Elizabeth hospital, it was a hot issue and well known too.

Now the public are urging DBKK, Minister too saying the same. What is our Mayor doing? or does he intend to be just like a typical Malaysian wait for something to happen then fix it? if so then should have said it “Lets wait till something happen then I do something about it” on yesterday article.

So again Karamusing Complex Vs 1 Borneo Hypermall? who will win? Karamusing is leading at the moment haha.

The floor is unsafe, so if it collapse only those 3 floor will be affected? So what will happen if it really did fall? Will it not effect the main structure due to the shock and vibration when it collapse?

It does not take a engineer to know that once any part of the building has a structure problem it is best to either fix it or declare the whole building un-safe till further notice. So what is the next action from DBKK or the owner? This is not a new issue and it has been a few months now. Only thing is there was no qualified engineer to make a report on it since DBKK required it. Till Suria Group who was a tenant there hired a Professional Engineer Ir. Tsen. to carry out an investigation and found out that the 3 floor is unsafe.

I really hope the floor collapse, then we see if the Mayor is still sitting on his chair same goes to the owner.

Dear All,
 
It was reported by Ir. Benny during the last ACEM excom meeting that there were some issues at the above captioned building/place: The report declared the 3 floors - 7th, 8th and 9th floor, Tower Block C, Karamunsing Shopping Complex as unsafe.
 
At this point in time, we do not have a copy of the report as it is the property of the client, which is Suria Capital Sdn Bhd (SCHB). It was reported that  SCHB had moved out to Menara Jubilee as a result of the findings.
 
The user of 7th 8th and 9th floor was Suria Capital Sdn Bhd (SCHB): There were serious vibration reported on the above mentioned 3 floors. SCHB commissioned our fellow Engineer, Ir. Tsen Yin Fui to conduct a structural integrity investigation.
 
The investigation revealed that the design was proper and adequate except the workmanship during construction. It was reported that the concrete strength was also adequate, however there were deflection as much as 3" or more on all the 3 floors. Certain crucial reinforcement were apparently not in the correct position resulting in very short lever-arm and hence structurally inadequate. With age and the effect of creeps, the deflection can only get worst. The 3 floors were reported to be in a "plastic" stage, and it was declared unsafe.
 
We were given to understand that DBKK had issue letters to owners of the affected property to carry out investigation on their own properties. I have had a few words with our Vice Chairman Ir. Fung and he reckoned that the property owners especially those who rented out their premises will not comply as it has serious implication on the value of their "investment" and as to who is going to pay for the investigation and so on? This economic consideration is understrandable, but as professionals and in a situation where the public safety/lives is at stake, we cannot be seen to be sitting back and doing nothing.
 
One obvious thing we must understand is that a sudden collapse of a building will  result in heavy toll on the lost of lives and properties. Subsequently, it is going to have a serious repercussion on the engineering profession.
 
I suggest we should meet up fast to come up with a recommendation. I am now in KL and be back tomorrow evening. Perhaps we can meet on Sunday?

Well there are all kind of rumor about Karamusing and its owner. I heard the owner only applied for o.c after finished building up the extension from the main structure. Then the reason why no action was taken because, he is a datuk and vip too more ever he is a close friend to the Mayor. True or not I don’t know so don’t sue me or anything as I didn’t say any of this was true it is up for you to believe it and no name mention too.

Then again it it does not take a engineer to notice all this, even me not a engineer would wonder are those heavily extension renovation safe?

It seems like our money we paid to the income tax which is also paid to DBKK and they are not doing anything. Now this is truly how Malaysia government department is working or like how most people would say “Makan Gaji Buta” while “Goyang Kaki saja”. So like always they wait for something to happen before start doing any action this is truly Malaysia.

Anyway which one would fall first, 1 Borneo hypermall or Kompleks Karamusing? care to bet? hahaha

Why congratulated the police?

I was reading The Star as usual and saw the article about our Prime Minister congratulating our police force in Malaysia. Like why should they be praise? For solving a murder case so fast when they could have prevented it?

There have been a few report where the police should have already looked into them but what did they do? Wait till something big like this happen then they start work larrr. You see like how the country is being run, if last time that condominium in genting never collapse where got so strict now can simply build a building on top a hill. I just saw The Star online news few minutes ago. Then saw this interesting article thinking “wa got another group want to say no to the coal power plant”. But only to find out minutes later that this is another group living in the jungle.

“The People's Assembly Action Committee chairman A. Nagaraju said the people in Lahad Datu had been waiting for the project because it could provide them with economic opportunities.

"In our country, we already have coal-fired plants, namely in Kapar, Selangor, which was built in 1988. Since then three more such plants were built in Peninsular, and two in Sarawak.” Read More…

 

This Nagaraju guy must be some good guy thinking for the villager needs. They need a 300w power plant which will be a good deal for them in well what way? None of the news seems have mention that… hm… well this is what The New Sabah Times reported:

1,500 residents.. this people all must have been promise to be given a job or something there or why would they insist on building a coal powered plant?

Do they know the side effect of building such structure or they just want to see one big generator being build and they get maybe free electric? Because I can’t seem to find the reason why else this group of 1,500 people claim to say they want a coal powered plan to be build even when the Department of Environment rejected it because of the side effect it would bring to Sabah. Does this group of idiots know what will happen in the next 10 years after this coal-fired plan is being build?

So who the fuck is this so called the People’s Assembly Action Committee (Jawatankuasa Bertindak Perhimpunan Rakyat) chairman Nagaraju Applasami?

Anyone has any idea? sure would like to see this idiot face how he looks like.

My house is being RAIDED!!!! Part 5 (WAR)

After long weeks of war, I have just found out my intelligent who are also the Black Army ant were actually lying to me. But due to my experience I did not follow their advise and went ahead to use the biological weapon from the same country. As a result… the red army have been fooled again, they brought back all of the weapon back to their base and left nothing at all here are some of the satellite image I took today:

 

They left nothing and cleaned up the whole war zone area which I previously fill up with all the biological weapon I got from my second base in Sinsuran. So after discussing with all my general we have reach a conclusion to use up all our reminding weapon at one go. ..

 

 

 

I believe the chances of winning this war is very high, where even the red army spy the black army has also been executed for being a traitor for giving my false information. Once the war is over, I will continue on perusing my normal life back….

My house is being RAIDED!!!! Part 4b (WAR)

I was suppose to write this report yesterday but due to unforeseen incident and some external problem beyond my capability to handle I had to postpone this report. I have already installed the biological weapon at the new war zone area.

My intelligent have inform my that the biological weapon seems to be un effective and I may need to buy from another country. Because most of the red army are dead at the previous war zone area and which is not suppose to happen.

I may need to look out for a new biological weapon from India if it is still available..  As I will try to drag on the war for another week and if I don’t see any result. I am going to purchase another brand rather then this .. er made in china I guess brand..

By the way.. I saw this car on the way back to my office it had a bugis inside.. yes a “bugis inside”. What is a bugis?  From wikipedia:

After scouting for weeks at the new war zone area, I have sighted a good location where the red army base is located. Where I may be attacking the new area by tonight and hope to win the war against them by end of this week.

My house is being RAIDED!!!! Part 3 (WAR)

The war has been going on for almost 5 days now and the red army seems to be loosing or they are moving based. Looking at the situation I have realize it is time to start war at the red army second base, which is located somewhere in the kitchen.  Just have a look at the war zone area 5 days ago:

I would say about 60% of the biological weapons used for this war is gone. Which is good news as the red army are feeding this back at their base. The new war zone area has already been completed and here are some pictures of it:

 

 

There is a entrance to this area from the front and I am sure the red army will be fooled again by this biological weapon again. I hope to win the war by end of next month he he he

My house is being RAIDED!!!! Part 2 (WAR)

This afternoon after patiently waiting.. finally i heard the voice of the person I have been searching for who will assist me on my weapon for my up coming attack against the red army. You will hear him almost everyday, everywhere, and same thing always. With the powerful voice that is strong enough to hear from a distant shouting..:

“ RACUN TIKUS!!! RACUN SEMUTT!!!!!…….RACUN TIKUS!!! RACUN SEMUTT!!!!!…….”

Where I quickly stood up and ran our of my office toward him. So I quickly negotiated the price of this powerful weapon to kill the red army:

Me: bos berapa kamu jual itu racun tikus?
Weapon Guy: Ini harga satu ringgit saja!
Me: Berapa banyak saya boleh dapat?
Weapon Guy: 3 packet!!! cukup untuk satu minggu ni!!

So I kept quiet for a while thinking how many should I buy.. but then how much do I have in my pocket? Quickly I checked both of my pocket and yes a few crumple up money. I counted and only to find two ringgit and 10 cents, thinking no more I said..

Me: Bos kasih saya DUA RINGGIT!
Weapon Guy: Boleh bos!!

So the weapon guy pull out 2 set of package where 1 package has 3 ant poison. But then I have no experience using such advance weapon, so I had to ask the guy for some basic instruction…":

Me: Bos apa macam pakai ini barang?
Weapon Guy: kau buka dan terus kasih tabur saja di tempat semut itu
Me: Ohh begitu pula, jadi berapa lama lar ni?
Weapon Guy: patut 1 minggu pun cukup sudah
Me: oo ok bos, thank you.
Weapon Guy: RACUN TIKUS!!!! RACUN SEMUT!!!!!!!…

Well he started promoting back his weapon again and left me standing there.. So this is how the stuff I bought look like:

I have no idea where is it made from, or what is it called, there are some pinyin character and english.   But none mentioning the origin or the brand. So work or not I don’t know but well this is just a starting for my war plan. I have invested RM2 into this plan so it much work!!!

So as time passed by I have created a flat space on my wall so I will not damage my whole apartment space. Using the best design available I have created this:

But as I started the war I notice there was a big problem on my war zone.. it is slowly going down due to the heavy weight of my weapon!!! So after tweaking around my brain I quickly created a good solution where I installed a support beamer just below the war zone area and now it looks much better:

 

As you can see few of the red army have died, yes they were suppose to bring back this poison to their base. I guess due to the greed of themself… they wanted some share and ate it. I guess even insects don’t follow order.. lol

The past few weeks my place is is being attacked by a few colonies of RED ANTS!!! I used to ignore the ant as previously there were only black ants and this small black ants don’t attack me and my family. But this new ant which recently came and raided my home does.

They explored all most every area in this apartment I live here and yes if  I drop some food you see an army of ants on the food in less then 2 minutes. They explore so much place such as my towel which is being hang, used, and well drying it up. But till my cloths all and underwear too!!!! so when I wear it.. just try imagine what happen. Yes.. they bite.. and I can feel the pain…. it is annoying because I can’t do much about this ants.

I found out which species is it.. and it is called Pharoah Ants:

So since our apartment is very hot I guess it is normal for them to come over here.. Ever since the cyber cafe opened up just below us. All kind of problem has happen, ants started attacking, our water is hot now days with out a heater installed, can’t sleep sometimes because of the heat at night, and what else… I guess the floor is damage too.

My solution is to kill them all at 1 go and yes I found a few useful website. Will try to find the poison by tomorrow hehe

SEREMBAN: The parents of a 14-year-old girl, who claimed that their daughter was raped by a policeman, are livid over the snail-paced investigation.

The girl's 36-year-old father, whose identity has been withheld to protect the girl, said his daughter was allegedly raped by a policeman friend sometime in March.

The production operator subsequently filed a police report on March 21, but is in the dark as to the progress of the investigation.

"I'm disappointed with the police. We are still in the dark,” he told a press conference organised by Negeri Sembilan PAS commissioner here.

“I contacted the police twice, but they gave me the same answer – still under investigation,” said the distraught father, who was accompanied by his wife and daughter.

Still waiting for medical report

Meanwhile, the girl's mother is dissapointed that Hospital Seremban had yet to furnish them with a medical report despite her daughter undergoing an examination there on March 21.

She also said that the incident had traumatised her daughter, and has affected her studies.

Meanwhile, the girl claimed that on March 20, the policeman had punched her in the face when she told him that she wanted to inform her parents about the sexual assault.

Zulkefly urged the police to take the case seriously and complete their investigation as soon as possible.

"She is still a child. I hope a fair investigation is conducted,” he said.

At a press conference later, Negeri Sembilan police chief Osman Salleh assured that the police will not take sides, and revealed that the investigation is nearing completion.

"In fact, our investigation is 90% completed and we need to add additional details to the statements recorded earlier,” he said.

Osman clarified that the delay was because the investigating officer is currently on duty in Hulu Selangor because of the by-election.

True or not I would prefer believing the girl then our police here in Malaysia. The sense of justice is no more, it is more too money and connection now days. If you got no money or got money but no connection you still be facing trouble when dealing with any government project, work, or the worst if you got anything to deal with  our Royal Malaysian Police.

I have seen how my friends were treated, some of them were beaten up, some where in jail and passed away in the cell too. Not to say they are not doing their work but more like they are abusing their power. Not all of them, but even if their superior don’t like that police he still try his best to protect them as it might effect his promotion in the future. So thing like framing people is also possible, as such incident ever happened to my uncle here in Kota Kinabalu. Well all because of the political stuff, to make thing worst they frame the wrong uncle. Witness who say had to run away all the way to Brunei after being threaten. Our whole family was under the eyes of the police then again I was young I think or maybe my mom told me over and over about it. I can’t really remember and don’t want to ask about some old past.

Well the main point I am trying to say is, if any of you guys ever had to deal with the police and it is something big. Never forget you have a right to make a single phone call where if you got a lawyer relative call them. But if it is something big like you are being frame.. I suggest you call the media like CNN or any other non Malaysian news station. As all the news in Malaysia is being controlled and yes it is not really a freedom news speech. More ever it is best you flee the country, if this is possible for you just like RPK.

“I am not sure now that Muslim terrorists carried out these attacks. There is evidence that the attacks were staged.

So our Ex-Pm is claiming U.S just made the biggest stage of all saying they planned it all for the September 11 attack on 2001. Well I can say the same, the Malaysian Government could have also planned the Allah word issue and paid a bunch of monkey to burn the church in West Malaysia. It was never an issue before, why all a sudden complain about Christian using “Allah”?

The Rakyat are not stupid, we have brain and we can notice of such event taking place. But our government needed to distract us the Rakyat from the main issue such as the missing engine, the c4’ed Mongolian chix, and many more UMNO related problem. The Government exploit this weakness of most Muslim who are having tunnel vision thinking the Christian might exploit the word to invite other Muslim into Christianity. Trying to accuse us Christian of using their God “Allah” and turning it into a big issue.

I mean like this is getting pretty lame, don’t they have better things to do then staging a drama like this? I really wish we Sabahan could get independence away from Malaysia. Because the government are getting really sick, those with money are running away from Malaysia. Those who can’t afford to run away like myself is force to live with it and  yes watch as the drama goes on. Who knows maybe in the near future the government might just force all the Malaysian to convert or burn the Christian. Then again don’t think that would ever happen in Sabah. Because we had the 1 Malaysia concept long before Najis ever thought about it. The sepuluh 3 (RM10 FOR 3 tin beer) did help a lot in it lol…

This people would be dead here in Sabah by now for doing such a silly protest.

 

I don't really mind this idiots banning us from using the word "Allah" but then the court has allowed the Christian to use it so why the fuck complain?  If they are not happy then go pray to god and seek help. They think they are the right one then why don’t they start praying and see the changes? if nothing happen then should just shut up and go start jacking off at the wall.

Then again I some how feel like someone in power had paid some people to attack the church, not sure why but maybe thinking the same as I am. Just let the fucking word go to those bunch of monkeys as it is not really a big issue. But this is just me assuming like the C4’ed Mongolian model :)

Dozens of Malaysians charged with sexual misconduct in New Year's Day hotel raids, including a 54-year-old grandmother, will face court next month, officials said Tuesday.

Malaysia's Islamic morality police arrested 58 Muslim Malays for "khalwat" or "close proximity" under religious laws that bar Muslims from being alone with a member of the opposite sex before marriage.

"We will be charging them in a sharia court in February. If found guilty they face a fine and a six-month jail term," Ahmad Rafli Abdul Malek, head of the Pahang Islamic Department, told AFP.

Ahmad Rafli said the 54-year-old woman, a grandmother of eight, was caught with a 38-year-old man.

He related that when his officers knocked on their hotel door, they said: "How can we open the door. We are naked."

Malaysia has a dual-track legal system and Islamic courts can try Muslims -- who dominate the multicultural population -- for religious and moral offences.
